GH3 Server Problem?

I been trying to sign into the WFC wifi thing for GH3 and it connects, asks me to make a name so I do then it asks if I want to be tracked on the ranking system or whatever and I choose yes and then it trys to make sure the name isn't already in use but every time I try this I keep getting a message saying the server is unavailable to try again later. My Everybody votes channel, shop channels work so I know the internet works. Also it detechs my connect because otherwise it wouldn't ask me to enter a name in on GH3 but I find it hard to believe that the server is always down or unavailable. Anybody else having this issue or had it?GH3 Server Problem?

It's called being hit hard. There are over 500,000 connections to gh3 each week. Try connecting at a non busy time. You likely don't play any online games or be a heavy online user especially during the early days of net.

All the major nintendo wfc games had server overloading for a few weeks due to high access numbers. Mario Strikers charged, metroid prime 3 voucher exchange caused the whole system to slow down.Guess you never heard that the itunes.com crashed due to everyone accessing it after getting ipods for Christmass last year. It happens to MMOs when they launch as well. For weeks there are major hiccups in the game due to people logging in mass numbers. Also after updates that change the netcode.

[/QUOTE]nope, never really experienced any of that. Thanks a ton for clearing it all up for me though, glad to know it's not a problem on my end.
