Is the higher level you have the better?

I haven't heard any mention of it. I was able to take a pick of my Mario and my Mii in a SMG backdrop. I don't know if everyone was able to do that.And yes, the higher you go the higher your ranking.PS: Some of the Marios in the top 50 ranking weren't good at all -_-;
Damn, so I didn't do very well then lol, I spent less than 5 minutes making Mario then sent it in, thinking I'd do really well. Now that I know the fierce competetion, I'll have to do better next time. I think I made Mario too cute and probably shouldn't have given him a mouth :P
Anyone else get 6th level or lower so I'll feel better?

My Mario without a cap managed to grab a 7th level rating (whatever that means). Pretty cool stuff though. I really enjoyed making my own ''picture'' after the whole deal.
