I thought Galaxy was very easy in the beginning too, and I was worried that I completed everything too fast, but the game is pretty big, and after about 60 stars, the game gets harder.Two great games that are out right now, that even I need to get: Metroid Prime 3: Corruption and Zack %26 Wiki. Guitar Hero III is seriously addictive too..
Metroid Prime 3 would be your best choice right now. All the games you have seem to be top quality adventures, and if that's your taste, Metroid games are perfect.
My Wii collection is still pretty small. Besides Twilight Princess and Galaxy.... I own Trauma Center: Second Opinion and Wario Ware:Smooth Moves. I recommend both titles.

As for now, Fire Emblem, and Resident Evil:Umbrella Chronicles. Have both of them and they are pretty awesome. Glad you finally picked up your Wii mote again. Don't worry, later in Mario, it does get a little bit harder. Good luck

It was quite a long while I haven't played my Wii till Mario Galaxy, RE: UC and Ghost Squad came out for the Wii.Get Mario Galaxy and Resident Evil: UC. RE: UC feels jut like a arcade shooter game.
