For me it would be between Twilight Princess and Ocarina of Time, but I liked the Twilight Princess story more, so, I'll choose Twilight Princess as my fave.

Until a new Zelda game features the Magic Cape, Link to the Past will always be my favorite.
Wind Waker. Or Twilight Princess. But I'm leaning more towards Wind Waker.

I have to vote for Twilight Princess. I have beaten Ocarina of Time so many times, so that is my choice:Twilight Princess.
phantom hourglass is my favorite, i played through the japanese version and LOVED IT, tp follows it close behind.
